Councilmember Conlin left with broken shoulder blade after collision with car while biking – UPDATED

City Councilmember Richard Conlin is recovering from a painful broken shoulder blade after he collided with a car while biking in Madrona Sunday. Northgate biking and walking bridge could cost less than expected
