Shine On hosting community bike ride to support renewable energy in schools

Shine On Seattle, an organization that promotes renewable energy in Seattle schools, is hosting a bike ride October 9. The money raised during the ride will be used to buy  shares in the city’s Community Solar Project on behalf of several schools.

The ride will start at Gas Works Park. If you sign up online by October 8, you save $5 on the registration.
