Endorsement: Vote Yes on King County Parks Levy (duh)

I probably don’t have to tell you to vote for the King County Parks levy, but just in case you were considering allowing your ballot to sit in a pile of mail until after the August 6 primary, just look at the trail projects on deck if the levy passes:

Parks_Levy_Flyer_8.5x11_4pgSeriously, vote early. Like, the day you get your ballot in the mail (which could be today). Just fill it out and get it back in the mail before it ever hits the mail pile. Primary voting rates are expected to be low, so your vote will go far.

This map makes me want to wet myself. ;-) Voting for it for sure.

But what I can’t figure out is how many of these proposed new trails the levy would actually build, and how many it would just advance planning or design.

Anyone happen to have any knowledge of that?
