Lawyer for Przychodzen’s family looking for witnesses to deadly collision

Attorneys for the family of John Przychodzen are looking for witnesses who have any information about the collision that took his life the afternoon of July 22 (Friday). His funeral will be held Friday near his family in Hartford, Conn.

The attorneys from Davis Law Group also identified the driver as Nicholas N. Natale of Kenmore, who was driving a truck belonging to B & G Property Management. It is not yet clear if he was on the job at the time of the incident (about 3:45 p.m.).

Davis Law Group was recently hired by the family of John Przychodzen who was killed while riding his bicycle on Juanita Drive in Kirkland, WA on July 22, 2011.

According to news accounts, Mr. Przychodzen, age 49, was riding on the shoulder of the 8600 block of Juanita Drive NE when a truck veered out of the lane and struck him from the rear.   Mr. Przychodzen was pronounced dead at the scene.

Davis Law Group has learned that the driver of the truck was 18 year-old Nicholas N. Natale of Kenmore, Washington.  Mr. Natale was driving a 2010 Chevy Silverado pick-up truck that was owned by B G Property Maintenance.  It is unclear whether Mr. Natale was working for B G at the time of the collision.

Davis Law Group is looking for witnesses to the collision.  We know that there may have been heavy traffic at the time of the incident, and therefore a strong likelihood that someone saw something that may help in the investigation of what occurred.

Anyone with information about this fatal accident is asked to call Davis Law Group at 206.727.4000.  Please ask for Mischelle Davis.

You may also email Davis Law Group with information to: [email protected].  Your information will be kept confidential.
