Join Bob and Clara for a Rainbow Ride to celebrate Pride Month!
We’ll be gathering queer friends and allies for a rainbow of people wearing a rainbow of colors for a casual, no drop bike ride / roller skate on Lake Washington Boulevard. Rainbow clothing / streamers / decorations encouraged.

Friday, June 10, 2022
Meet at 6:45 pm at the guitar statue at Jimi Hendrix Park.
Roll out at 7:00 pm when Lake Washington Blvd closes to cars and opens to PEOPLE!

Route:
We’ll ride through the I-90 Trail tunnel (making lots of noise because that’s always fun!) en route to the I-90 overlook and access Lake Washington Blvd via Colman Park, then ride Lake Washington Blvd (car-free!) all the way to Seward Park.
We’ll stop for a pic at the park, then ride Lake Washington Blvd back north to Columbia City and end at a queer-owned bar/resto where those who want to can stay for a snack or drink.
The ride will be about 8 miles riding from Jimi Hendrix Park to Seward Park and back north to Columbia City. The pace will be slow and conversational, with lots of re-grouping as needed.
