DROP-IN EVENT
Wednesday, August 9: 4:30-6:00 PM Northgate Community Center
10510 5th Ave NE, Seattle

We’ve been working with community members from Northgate and Maple Leaf since spring 2017 to select a route for a new neighborhood greenway to be built as soon as 2020.

In our first phase of outreach where we showed route options, we heard that people would like calmer, safer, and flatter routes to get to Maple Leaf Reservoir Park, Northgate Library and Community Center, nearby shopping, and the future Link Light Rail station.

Based on that feedback, traffic data analysis, and our citywide transportation plans, we developed a most promising route and proposed intersection improvements along it. Now we want to know if we got the route right, and hear what you think.

If you can’t make it to one of the in-person events, you can share your feedback by completing an online survey. The survey is available from August 3 through August 27. Please share the survey with your neighbors, friends, and colleagues.

Visit our website at www.seattle.gov/transportation/northgategreenway.htm to learn more or reach out to me at the contact below. Thank you.

Sincerely,
Dan
