Ride SLOW with Senior Ladies on Wheels while I share the special places I’ve discovered in the past 2 years of SLOW Rides. Ladies and gentlemen of all ages welcome, as long as you ride SLOW! I’m thankful for spacious parks, pleasant bike routes, grand vistas, historic sites, quirky corners, cozy cafes – and I’m especially thankful for SLOW Riders to share these delights! Be assured that we will ride low-traffic, low stress routes with few hills. No one will be left behind – the slowest rider sets the pace. And there’s no shame in getting off and walking a block or so. We’ll stop for lunch along the way; expect to spend about 3 hours traveling the 10-mile loop. Weather won’t cancel, but if it’s pouring rain we might make it a shorter ride.
