Seattle’s Commuter Triip Reduction (CTR) program connects commuters to resources and services that help them travel by commute modes other than driving alone.The Seattle Department of Transportation (SDOT) is partnering with Cascade Bicycle Club to provide a series of bicycle education workshops for commuters which are FREE and open to the public.

Join us for a one hour presentation filled with helpful tips for new bike commuters.

Topics will include:

Helmet fit
Gear
Route planning
Lane positioning
Safety tips
Navigating infrastructure
Fix a flat
Bring a lunch, learn new things and get ready to ride!
