Bicycle Paper: ‘Cycling Forward’ empowers homeless youth with bike fixing skills

The Bicycle Paper recently profiled “Cycling Forward,” a YouthCare program downtown that empowers homeless and under-served youth with bike fixing skills and the chance to get wheels of their own.
