City of Seattle Notice of Public Hearing Proposed Alley Vacation

The Washington State Convention Center is providing notice of the petition to vacate (acquire the public right-of-way for private purposes) rights-of-way in a three-block area bounded by Howell St., Boren Ave., Pine St. and 9th Ave. The rights-of-way are in the Denny Triangle neighborhood of Seattle and City Council District 7. The vacation is proposed to allow for the development of an addition to the convention center. 

The Sustainability & Transportation Committee of the Seattle City Council will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers, Second Floor, City Hall, 600 Fourth Ave (main entrance at 601 Fifth Ave) on Wednesday, April 18 at 5 PM.

The Sustainability & Transportation Committee will take public comment at the hearing.
