Public Art Bike Tour with the Office of Arts & Culture and Seattle Neighborhood Greenways
Our third collaborative Public Art Bike Tour features Beacon Hill art and artists from the I-90 lid to the Beacon Hill light rail plaza with meanders to Jefferson Park. This is a family paced ride for bicyclists of all ages and abilities. Seattle’s Public Art Program is one of the oldest in the country. It is funded by 1% of the City of Seattle’s capital expenses such as roads, bridges or buildings. The program improves the quality of life in Seattle, encourages the creation of new works of art and supports artists in our community.
