Join local author and bicycle advocate, Kelli Refer on a short and accessible bike ride along the Elliot Bay Trail. We will stop in the park and use our bicycles as yoga props! After we are done stretching we will enjoy coffee and pastries.
This ride is accessible to people who are new to biking or yoga. Please bring your own bicycle.
$25 cost includes pastries, coffee & a copy of Pedal, Stretch, Breathe: The Yoga of Bicycling
