Where:
LCW & 125th

Lake City Greenways and the Lake City Way Traffic Safety Corridor Project will be staging our monthly crosswalk action:

Wednesday, July 1 from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. at the intersection of LCW and NE 125th Street.

As usual, we will have brightly-colored signs to carry with messages such as “Look for me before you turn,” and the fabulous new “Stop on red, keep us safe.” We will legally cross the intersection in all directions, reminding everyone that LCW is not just a pipeline for cars, but a community street.

We could use your help! It’s actually a fun way to hang out with your neighbors, talk to people who walk or roll by, and deliver an important reminder. An hour of your time in an excellent cause!
