The CHAIR will invite the applicant(s) to come to the table and ask if any members of the Board have a conflict of interest related to the application.
The COORDINATOR will introduce the applicants and present the staff report.
The CHAIR will invite the applicant(s) to make a presentation.
The BOARD MEMBERS will ask questions of the applicant(s) about the application and /or ask the Coordinator about the applicability of ordinance and guidelines citations.
The CHAIR will ask for PUBLIC COMMENT.
The BOARD will deliberate on the proposal.
The CHAIR will ask for a motion from the Board to recommend approval, approval with conditions or denial of the proposal. The CHAIR will ask if there is a second in support of the motion.
The Board will vote by a show of hands.
