Duwamish Valley Safe Streets is hosting an event:

The weather will be nice and we are excited to get out and enjoy a breath of sunshine and galore of flowers with our favorite neighbors. This will be our chance to explore, cherish in memories, and learn about current issues in our neighborhoods in the Duwamish Valley.

When:            Sunday, May 2^nd 

Time:                   10:45am to 12pm

Where to meet:   Mini Mart City Park, 6525 Ellis Ave. S

Itinerary:         10:45am

Meet At Destination

11am- 12:00pm

Walk from Mini mart to South Park Plaza  

                        12:00pm- 1:00pm  

Walk from South Park Plaza to Flume             ICECREAM!

                        2:00pm

                                Convene at South Park Plaza                                 LUNCH

About:     

We will learn trivia along the way and everyone is invited to share their stories. We will walk as a group from Ellis to Willow. There are historic homes and other sites along the way. Come ready to listen and share.

We will discuss current issues, upcoming improvements, and other topics surrounding inequity of Georgetown and South Park neighborhoods in order to connect.

Ice cream will await us at the end of the walking route

Lunch will be provided at the South Park Plaza
