As you probably know, Central Seattle Greenways voted at a meeting a few months back to endorse the Levy to Move Seattle. Following that endorsement, we’ve agreed to help talk to voters – both on the phone and through in-person canvassing – to share information about the levy and help to get out the vote.

The dialing system, script, food, drinks, and good company are all provided. If you have a cellphone and a laptop computer to bring, that would be helpful; if you don’t, we’ll set you up.

I know that phonebanking can be intimidating, at first, but I’ve always enjoyed myself once I warmed up a bit. Please give it a try, even if you’re a little nervous about it.
