At this meeting we will be prepared to offer a more detailed briefing on our construction plans, and will have plenty of time for questions, comments, concerns.

As many of you know, the Oak View Group has been working non-stop to conceive and develop a redesigned, cutting edge arena to fit within the footprint of KeyArena.  Over the last year we have been working closely with many of you and with the City on our design elements, so for most, our plans should be familiar.        

As part of this effort we have concurrently developed a construction mitigation plan that identifies the efforts we plan to take to reduce construction impacts on our neighbors and the community.  This plan has evolved as our design has evolved, and while we expect this plan will continue to get refined – particularly once our General Contractor comes on board – we believe that our current plan is sufficiently specific that it is worth sharing with you and getting your input.
