Pick your distance – Spokes for Folks offers a 40-mile round trip for bicyclists, an 8-mile round trip for bicyclists, runners and walkers, and a half-mile Fun Loop for all ages. At the finish line, all participants join a community celebration with live music, entertainers, a beer garden and a delicious lunch.

Help seniors live independently – Donations you collect through your fundraising page will help local Puget Sound Seniors enjoy an active, healthy life in their own homes in SHAG communities.

Let’s have fun – Prizes will be awarded in the following categories: Strongest Fundraising Team, Strongest Fundraising Individual, Youngest Participant, Oldest Participant, Best Team Costume, Best Individual Costume.

Every registered participant will take home a commemorative shirt.
