 way to light up our path towards a brighter\, warmer future in the way of 
 flowers. Rejoice! Spring is upon us! And what better way to celebrate than
  with a bike ride? Bike Works will be hosting its first official alleycat 
 style bike race “Tour de Fleurs.”\nWhat is an alleycat?\nAn alleycat is a 
 bike race modeled after a day in the life of a bike messenger\; the route 
 will be kept secret until the day of\, and take place on city streets amon
 gst traffic. There is no set route\, and it is up to the rider to navigate
  their own path from checkpoint to checkpoint. In addition to the urban as
 phalt\, there will be numerous dirt/gravel options to increase stoke and h
 elp connect you to the great provider of flowers and life\, Mother Earth.
 \nWe recognize that all sorts of people of varying abilities ride bicycles
 . The one thing we all have in common is that we find cycling fun. So we’v
 e planned the ride to celebrate and encourage fun with a wide array of jov
 ial checkpoints and challenges based on non-bike related talent and luck. 
 Prizes given for mini-game challenges\, best dressed\, fastest\, slowest\,
  etc. Food and drink will be provided.\nMeet & Register: 2 PM at the Bike 
 Works Bike Shop. Proceeds will support our friends & neighbors at Nurturin
 g Roots on Beacon Hill.\nRide: Starts at 3 PM SHARP. Estimated route about
  20 miles. 2 hour limit. After that\, folks should head back to Bike Works
 .\nCelebrate: 5 – 6 PM at Bike Works for food\, drinks\, and awards\nBring
 : Mask\, helmet\, water bottle\, lights\, bike lock (limited bike parking
