 cle Repair and Restoration (CBRR) is proud to announce its first paid posi
 tion\, a teacher who will take over the shop’s four-week introduction to b
 icycle repair and maintenance course. This new hire is a big step for the 
 shop and means CBRR will be able to offer more classes and skill-building 
 to the community.</p>\n<p>To guarantee a good paying job while ensuring tu
 ition remains based on a sliding scale\, CBRR is hosting an event on Satur
 day\, May 14th: a “Teacher Fund(ay)”. The goal is to raise funds to guaran
 tee teachers will receive pay at a rate of $50/hour. As part of the Fund(a
 y)\, there will be multiple bike races\, food\, a marketplace featuring ar
 tists and craftspeople as well as sales of new and used components\, finis
 hed bicycles\, “project bicycles” (to be built or finished)\, wheelsets an
