In case the bike club’s name didn’t tip you off, the Dead Baby Downhill is not for everyone. But if you watched Beyond Thunderdome and thought, “Hey, that would be even more fun on a tall bike,” then you probably already know about the legendary Dead Baby Downhill.

$10 / team of 2 gets you entry, $1 off beers all day, and a chance to win prizes. Proceeds benefit Bike MS.

Registration starts at 12pm, teams sent off in waves starting at 1pm. Bring your bike, helmet, lock, navigation device, and game face.

Prize pile is getting pretty serious! This being the Olympics you might want to dress to represent your favorite country! Best costume will win a prize keep in mind the judges will represent all countries so it might be tough to win if you’re in the Red White and Blue..

Half-off Seafair if you bike – Saturday and Sunday

It should go without saying that biking is the best way to go to Seafair Weekend, but this year it’s even more so. Not only will there be a “safe and secure bicycle pavilion” in Genesee Park during Seafair weekend, but people who bike will get half off their admission (that’s $15 off the general adult admission of $30). They really want you to bike there, which makes sense because car parking and transit shuttles will be very busy all weekend.

Transportation details:

On Saturday and Sunday of Seafair Weekend, ride your bike to Genesee Park and receive 50% off your admission ticket at our North Gate.

Store your bike in our safe and secure bicycle pavilion and enjoy a complimentary bottle of water while you enjoy the Seafair fun!
