Due to comments on last week’s roundup, I’ll try breaking this week’s list into a section for Seattle and a section for elsewhere. First up, Seattle:

Was today supposed to be the day BG opened back up?

  2. Basketlover, I think there was a thread last week saying the BG is delayed into next year.

Tom, as for Guadalajara, even the bus station is HUGE, I mean big, very big. The only place where they get bigger is Mexico City, and those are so busy it feels like an American airport more than a bus station.

Finally, I ask all the cyclists with strobe lights to please lower them so they don’t blind other riders and users, there more than annoying when used improperly, they are a road hazard. And please don’t put them on your helmet, that’s just plain wrong.

Ha! So I’m not the only one. I really hate the supercommuters’ insistence on using ultra-bright blinking lights on bike trails. Yeesh.

  3. Brian

Agreed, I can’t stand blinking lights. They are not necessary and they are disrespectful to other trail users.

  4. Douglas

I am bringing my bike and will arrive this MONDAY!
