The 10th annual International Bicycle Film Festival is coming to Seattle October 7-10. Based out of New York, this is the second year the BFF is coming to Seattle. Ryan from Go Means Go!, one of the Seattle organizers, talked up the Seattle inclusions in the festival.

The festival was started after founder Brendt Barbur was hit by a bus while riding his bike in New York. Instead of getting angry, he decided to do something positive.
“The film festival does a good job of encompassing all the different aspects of bike culture,” said Ryan. The festival shows diverse films selected from submissions from all over the world, he said.
The festival kicks off Thursday, Oct. 7 with a concert, followed by three days of film screenings at Western Bridge in SoDo. The festival pass is $35. Otherwise it is $10 per screening. The after parties are free.
