Buy a u-lock if you’ve only got a chain. That’s the advice from one UW campus police lieutenant over at BikeWise. Good advice.

For those new to the bike theft map, the data is pulled from Seattle police reports. This is not scientific. However, report those bike thefts. Then go drinking.
