I am excited to tell you about an important event taking place in Uptown tomorrow. Seattle’s Department of Planning & Development (DPD) will host an open house to discuss the Uptown Urban Design Framework, a planning effort to address Uptown’s potential moving forward. This event is called “Framework for the Future” and is an opportunity for you to shape how Uptown grows. I hope to see more art, coordinated cultural events and pedestrian connections to Seattle Center and beyond, better environmental and green connections, and more.
