Ride Description:
Come and join me for a recovery ride on Sunday morning! I will be recovering from the Cascade Training Series ride on Saturday but you can be recovering from anything or just craving a social ride around the lake! We will be starting at Redhook Brewery, stopping at Tully’s in Issaquah for refreshment, then returning to Redhook Brewery, where you can consider getting lunch and a beer!

In addition to steady rain, ice/snow and any other hazardous conditions will cancel a ride. If a ride is cancelled due to hazardous conditions, it will be posted here in the comment section by 9:00 a.m. and ride leader will not be waiting at the start.

Notes: All riders should come equipped to deal with their own mechanicals and bring snack/water. Waiting for mechanicals will be at the discretion of the ride leader. Please come early enough to get yourself ready and sign a waiver. Bike helmets are required on all Cascade rides
