Ride Description:
Starting at Marymoor Park, we’ll ride up a few hills out of King county and enjoy a descent into Snohomish county. There we’ll encounter flats, rolling roads past farms, and fun in the country. We’ll make a short stop at Lewis Street Park in Monroe then proceed to Snohomish for our lunch stop. We’ll climb out of Snohomish county, make a quick stop at Maltby Community Park, then enjoy a rolling descent for about 12 miles back to Redmond..

Bring your food if you wish but we will make a separate lunch stop. We will regroup at the top of climbs.

Riders should have a spare tube or patch kit, know how to fix a flat, and be able to make minor mechanical repairs/adjustments.

Please arrive 20 minutes before the start time for the required safety briefing so we can roll promptly at 10:00 a.m. Steady rain cancels the ride.

The ride leader will not be at the ride start should inclement weather meet the definition for cancellation (steady rain). Ride cancellation will be announced at least two (2) hours prior to the ride start in the Comments section below and on Meetup. If you have questions about the weather, please call (425) 208-9408 preferably before you leave for the ride.

NOTE: At the time of this ride this parking lot may require a paid parking receipt. We will add a comment here and on Meetup after we determine what will be required for parking in this lot at the time of our ride. Please be prepared to pay $1 for parking.
